Terms and conditions for exchange and return operations:
1/ The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging
2/ The product must have the brand labels on it and be in good condition and unused.
3/ The product must be returned with the original brand box
4/ If payment for your order was made via credit card or bank transfer, you can return the products and request a refund. The products will be verified, and after that the transfer will be made within 14 working days.
Provisions of the refund process:
We will refund the value the customer paid for this product, excluding all costs of returning the product to us. If you choose the (cash on delivery) option, the payment option will only be up to the amount you would pay if you had chosen the delivery option (Sadad and credit cards).
