Terms of exchange and return

Did you buy a product from Mubarraq and it did not suit you? Don't worry, you can exchange or return it according to the following conditions:

Exchange and return period:


  • You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order
  • Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order
  • Replacement fee is 70 riyals
  • For return, the customer bears all shipping costs of 70 riyals round trip
  • Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable
  • The customer does not have the right to exchange or return if he receives a wrong or defective product

And he used it or destroyed its accessories in any way

  • The product must be wrapped in any cardboard or plastic wrap so that it is not damaged or any stickers must be stuck on the product’s box.

Product Condition:

In order for us to exchange or return the products, dear, the products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, unused, contain all stickers and cards, in their original packaging, and all contents in the box.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

Shawls - accessories - glasses - underwear - special orders - products with sudden sales

Free items - Evening items such as evening bags and evening wear - Products marked “Non-Return”

Exchange and return shipping value and method:

If the product is defective or sent by mistake, Mubraq will bear all shipping costs in the exchange and return process

If the customer desires a return or exchange, the cost will be the same as mentioned previously

When requesting a return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • A policy (replacement - return) will be issued within 48 hours from the date of submitting the request (via WhatsApp 0550100679)
  • You can ship the product through one of the shipping company’s branches after receiving the policy on WhatsApp

Refund methods vary depending on the payment method the customer made for the first time in the Mubraq store

The amount will be returned within 7-14 working days and returned to the same card with which the payment was made


Offers of one and two are half price


When offering one and two at half price

The first one calculates the highest value, and the second one half the price is discounted

  • In case of replacement

It is done as follows

If the product at half the price is replaced, it will be replaced with another product of the same value or a lower or higher priced product

The difference is returned from Mubraq store or the difference is transferred from the customer

  • If the product is returned

If the first product does not include the offer, the offer will be canceled on the second product

The difference is transferred to the customer

Note: The customer bears all the replacement and return costs mentioned previously
